Myntra’s flagship Tech Threads 2026 conclave highlights a new wave of AI-driven technologies transforming fashion, beauty, and lifestyle commerce with a focus on personalised shopping, creator engagement, and faster fulfilment , positioning the platform for intensified competition in India’s booming market.
Myntra used its flagship Tech Threads 2026 conclave to position technology as the main lever for the next stage of fashion, beauty and lifestyle commerce. The event, themed “Where Velocity Meets Voice”, centred on personalised shopping, creator-led discovery, rapid fulfilment and AI-driven tools meant to make the platform more responsive for shoppers and easier to operate for brands. According to reporting by The Economic Times and YourStory, the company framed these changes as part of a wider shift towards commerce shaped by real-time consumer signals and stronger brand storytelling.
The conclave brought together executives from MANGO, Honasa Consumer, H&M India, Arvind Fashions and Agilitas Sports in a panel moderated by Sharon Pais, Myntra’s head. Discussion focused on how brands can use technology-led supply chains, creator engagement and live customer data to support growth in India, which speakers described as an increasingly important market globally. Pais said Myntra’s technology investments were helping brand partners adapt to changing customer needs, with propositions such as Glamstream, AI-led personalisation and M-Now intended to improve engagement and fulfilment.
Myntra also showcased a broader stack of tools across discovery, styling and operations. These included conversational shopping through Maya, inspiration-led browsing through Glamstream, AI styling support, precision sizing and concept-based recommendations. For sellers, the company highlighted an AI-powered brand stack and an updated partner app, Mitra, which it says are designed to shorten development cycles and help brands move faster. Business Standard has reported that Myntra has already cut seller onboarding times sharply, while Moneycontrol said generative AI has helped reduce product time-to-market by 40% over the past year.
The company has been pushing AI across much of its business, not only customer-facing features but also engineering, merchandising, seller operations and supply chain planning, according to TechCircle and other industry reporting. Times of India reported that personalised search now reaches most monthly active users, while size-and-fit tools are being expanded across much of the eligible apparel range. Taken together, the initiatives suggest a clear strategic aim: to defend Myntra’s position in a more crowded online fashion market by pairing faster execution with more targeted shopping experiences.
