Portronics launches Power Shutter Air 20K with Qi2 magnetic charging and 22.5W output

Portronics has unveiled the Power Shutter Air 20K, a compact 20,000mAh power bank featuring Qi2 magnetic wireless charging and versatile wired and wireless support, targeting mobile users seeking portability and efficiency.

Portronics has expanded its charging range with the Power Shutter Air 20K, a 20,000mAh wireless power bank built around Qi2 magnetic charging and a compact, travel-friendly design. The device is aimed at users who want a single accessory for phones, earbuds and wearables, with support for both wireless and wired charging in the same unit. According to the company’s product listing, it is offered in Black, Blue and Orange, and includes a detachable Type-C cable plus an integrated lanyard loop for easier carrying.

The power bank’s headline features are a 15W Qi2-certified magnetic wireless charger and a 20W Type-C PD output. Portronics says the unit can deliver up to 22.5W when wireless and wired charging are used together. The company also highlights magnetic alignment for more stable charging, as well as smart power management intended to improve efficiency and control heat. A digital LED display shows the remaining battery level in real time.

Portronics is positioning the Power Shutter Air 20K as broadly compatible with current mobile ecosystems, including iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, Google Pixel devices, AirPods and Apple Watch. The product is priced at INR 2,499 and comes with a 12-month warranty. It sits alongside Portronics’ earlier Power Shutter 20K model, which used a similar 20,000mAh format but did not include Qi2 branding, reflecting the company’s shift towards newer magnetic wireless charging standards.
