UGREEN’s MagFlow Pro brings liquid cooling to 25W magnetic iPhone charging

The £119 10,000mAh power bank uses a visible liquid-cooling system and built-in USB-C cable to manage heat during faster wireless charging.

UGREEN has turned a familiar iPhone accessory into something more unusual: a MagSafe-compatible battery pack that uses liquid cooling to manage heat during faster wireless charging. The company’s MagFlow Pro is a 10,000mAh power bank built around Qi2.2 charging at up to 25W, a specification that places it among the more advanced magnetic battery packs now reaching the market.

The design sets it apart visually as well as technically. A transparent panel on the rear shows the liquid circulating inside the unit, while UGREEN says its CryoPulse cooling system can keep temperatures around 18 degrees cooler than conventional alternatives. That figure is meaningful, though it should not be confused with a cold-running battery pack; in practice, it is still expected to feel warm during use. UGREEN first unveiled the MagFlow range at IFA 2026, presenting it as the world’s first Qi2 25W magnetic power bank with active micro-pump liquid cooling.

UGREEN has also tried to make the accessory more practical for daily use. The power bank includes a built-in USB-C cable for wired charging, which gives users a faster and more efficient option when wireless charging is unnecessary. A small side display shows battery level and charging speed, although the pack does not include a kickstand, which may disappoint buyers at this price. UGREEN says the battery can charge an iPhone 17 Pro Max to 50% in about 40 minutes, roughly 50% faster than older 7.5W MagSafe chargers.

Pricing is less easy to dismiss. The MagFlow Pro is listed at $149, putting it firmly at the premium end of the market, although UGREEN is currently discounting it to $95 on Amazon. The company also notes that the accessory may protrude below the base of some devices, including the iPhone Duo, depending on case dimensions. That is not unusual for magnetic battery packs on foldable-style phones, but it is a reminder that fit remains a practical constraint even as charging technology improves.
