OPPO’s Find X10 Pro Max brings 200MP cameras to every rear lens

OPPO has launched the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max globally, pairing Hasselblad-branded 200MP camera systems with creator-focused video tools, brighter displays, larger batteries and new AI features in ColorOS 17.

OPPO has unveiled the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max globally, positioning the pair as its most ambitious camera-focused flagships to date. According to the company, the new line is built around a “Hasselblad True-to-Life Camera” concept, combining revised industrial design, brighter displays, larger batteries, faster silicon and the debut of ColorOS 17. The launch marks OPPO’s latest attempt to push premium Android handsets beyond raw specification gains and towards a more controlled, more natural imaging style.

The strongest emphasis is on photography. OPPO says the Find X10 uses a dual 200MP camera set-up, while the Pro Max adds a triple 200MP system, which the company describes as an industry first. The top model pairs a 200MP ultra-wide camera with a 200MP main sensor and a 200MP telephoto unit, each tuned with Hasselblad branding and OPPO’s new LUMO True Image Engine. That processing system is designed to preserve colour, tone and texture more faithfully, while reducing the heavy sharpening and aggressive noise reduction often associated with smartphone image pipelines.

OPPO is also pushing the series further into creator territory. The phones support high-frame-rate video across all rear cameras, with the Pro Max offering 4K at 60fps, 4K at 120fps and 8K at 30fps from every rear lens. The company says the main sensor on the Pro Max can capture up to 17 stops of dynamic range, and that the devices support Dolby Vision, ACES-certified O-Log2 and Open Gate Capture for more flexible post-production. OPPO has also worked with Blackmagic Design to integrate selected features into Blackmagic Camera, although the company says the optimised version will arrive in November. It is also promoting accessories such as the Tilta Khronos Creator Kit for longer shoots.

Display, battery and performance hardware have been upgraded to match the camera ambition. The Find X10 features a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel, while the Pro Max uses a 6.78-inch screen; both support a 144Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,600 nits. OPPO says the displays use BT.2020 colour support, a wider gamut commonly associated with professional video work, and can dim to 1 nit for low-light use. Battery capacity varies by market, but the series is built around a silicon-carbon cell rated at up to 7,150mAh in some regions, with 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The standard model uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 9600M, while the Pro Max is powered by the Dimensity 9600 Pro, each paired with vapour chamber cooling.

ColorOS 17 forms the software layer of the launch. OPPO says the new version focuses on smoother motion, more efficient resource management and deeper on-device AI. Among the headline additions are AI Mind Pilot with Agent Mode, which can search across files and photos on the device and carry out multi-step tasks, and AI Photo Agent, which suggests edits or applies changes through natural-language prompts. OPPO also says its AI Call Guard is designed to identify fraud risks such as synthetic voices and face swaps during calls in supported markets, while its private computing system adds encrypted cloud processing. The phones are due to go on sale globally in late October through OPPO stores, retail partners and carriers.
