Japanese accessories maker j5create has unveiled four new USB-C products, including multi-hubs, a high-resolution HDMI cable and a 140W GaN charger, with sales due to begin on August 12. The line-up is aimed at users who want to expand laptop and tablet connectivity while keeping desks lighter and charging setups simpler, according to the company’s announcement.
The most versatile of the new devices is the JCD3006, a seven-in-one USB-C hub priced at ¥3,580. It combines HDMI output supporting up to 4K at 60Hz, two USB Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 connection rated at up to 5Gbps, SD and microSD card readers and USB-C Power Delivery 3.0 input for charging at up to 100W. j5create says the hub is designed to work without drivers and to fit easily into mobile or desk-based setups.
Also joining the range is the JCA3710, a three-in-one USB-C adapter that adds a USB Type-A port, HDMI output at up to 4K at 60Hz and a USB-C port with pass-through charging. j5create says it supports extended, mirrored and primary-display modes, making it suitable for presentations and multi-screen work. The company is also releasing the JCC156G, a 1.8m USB-C to HDMI cable that supports output up to 8K and 4K at 240Hz, aimed at users who want a direct connection between USB-C devices and external monitors without an extra adapter.
Rounding out the launch is the JUP57140P, a 140W GaN charger with five ports and an AC extension kit, priced at ¥12,980. According to j5create, the charger can power up to five devices at once, with its first two USB-C ports delivering up to 140W when used alone. The remaining USB-C and USB-A ports are intended for phones, tablets and smaller accessories, while the company says built-in power management and safety protections are designed to keep charging stable across mixed-device use.
