Leaked images and certification filings reveal Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 FE with a flagship-inspired design, hardware upgrades, and a potentially higher price point, set for release soon.
Samsung’s next Fan Edition handset is beginning to take shape in leaks, with new images suggesting the Galaxy S26 FE will closely follow the design language of the higher-end Galaxy S range. The renders, first highlighted by Android Headlines and echoed by PhoneArena and SamMobile, show a flat-sided body, a pill-shaped rear camera module and thin display borders that appear slightly uneven, with the lower edge a little thicker than the rest. If accurate, the phone will continue Samsung’s recent move towards a more restrained, flagship-style look for its mid-premium line.
The same images point to three colour finishes: black, green and purple. Android Headlines said these are the only variants currently shown, although the names may not be final. Earlier leaks suggested the black and green options could be branded Graphite and Aqua Green, while a separate WPC listing had already indicated that a black version was in testing. That makes a dark finish seem a safe bet even if Samsung changes the final marketing names.
On the hardware side, certification filings reviewed by SamMobile, 91mobiles and Android Authority suggest the S26 FE will keep 45W wired charging, alongside wireless charging, Wi-Fi 6 and NFC. The filings also indicate a shift to an Exynos chipset paired with a Qualcomm Wi-Fi component, replacing the all-Exynos arrangement used in the previous FE model. Multiple reports point to the Exynos 2500, at least 8GB of RAM and Android 17 with One UI 9. PhoneArena says the phone is likely to carry a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a triple-camera setup headed by a 50-megapixel main sensor.
Pricing remains a key question, but the early signals suggest a possible increase. PhoneArena and Lowyat.net reported a European starting price of €799, which would place the device above the current model. SamMobile and 91mobiles say launch timing is still unsettled, though both point to a release in the coming months, with some speculation centring on an unveiling around IFA in September. For now, the consensus among the leaks is clear: Samsung is preparing a familiar-looking FE phone with modest internal changes, preserved fast charging and a likely higher price.
