Anker Japan has reduced the price of its high-durability Prime 240W USB-C to USB-C cable by ¥600 on Amazon, highlighting its longevity and versatility for powering devices from smartphones to high-power laptops, in a promotion running until August 16.
Anker is discounting its Prime High-Durability Nylon USB-C to USB-C Cable 240W on Amazon, cutting the price from ¥2,790 to ¥2,190. The promotion, highlighted by AppBank, is set to run until August 16 and targets users who want a single cable for phones, tablets and laptops.
The cable supports up to 240W USB Power Delivery and includes an eMarker chip, which helps the charger and device negotiate power safely. In practice, that makes it suitable for everything from smartphones to high-power notebooks such as a MacBook or iPad Pro, reducing the need to carry separate leads for different devices. Anker Japan says the cable has a 0.9m length, uses recycled nylon and comes with a 24-month warranty, with an extra six months after registration.
Durability is the main selling point.
