Walmart unveils early discounts on Razer gaming keyboards, Apple smartwatches, and smart plugs, as shoppers gear up for Labour Day promotions, with limited-time offers already available.
Walmart’s latest daily discounts arrive as shoppers begin to eye Labour Day promotions, but several of the strongest offers are already live. According to CNET’s shopping team, the standout items for August 12 include a steep cut on Razer’s BlackWidow V4 Pro gaming keyboard, a lower price on Apple’s Watch Series 11 and a four-pack of Linkind Matter smart plugs for $27. As with most flash deals, the retailer has not indicated how long the prices will hold, so availability may shift quickly.
The Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro is being sold for $200, down from $300, and its appeal goes beyond the headline discount. Razer describes it as a mechanical keyboard with wireless and Bluetooth support, an OLED display, a command dial, hot-swappable switch support and a detachable wrist rest. Independent reviews have also pointed to its broad customisation, including programmable media controls and macro keys, making it a more flexible option for both gaming and productivity than a basic gaming keyboard.
Apple’s Watch Series 11 is listed at $299, a $100 reduction from its usual $399 price. Apple says the model brings up to 24 hours of battery life, an Always-On Retina display, improved scratch resistance and health tools such as ECG, blood oxygen and wrist temperature sensing. Reviewers at TechRadar and Tom’s Guide have also highlighted the addition of hypertension notifications, Sleep Score, 5G on selected models and stronger durability, placing the watch among the more feature-rich options in the current smartwatch market. The Linkind smart plugs round out the group: they are simple 15-amp adapters that work with Siri, Google Home and Amazon Alexa, can be scheduled remotely and support a maximum output of 1,800 watts per plug.
