According to SlashGear, the configuration priced at $849.99 pairs an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H, a combination that is best suited to 1080p play with reduced settings in demanding AAA titles. That aligns with reviews from Tom’s Hardware and Tom’s Guide, which found the machine capable of respectable everyday gaming performance, even if it does not lead its class.
Its strongest case is balance rather than outright speed. The 16.1-inch 1080p panel runs at 144Hz, which is useful for competitive games where responsiveness matters more than visual flourish. SlashGear noted that the display is serviceable but held back by limited brightness, and Tom’s Guide similarly pointed to the Victus as a solid 1080p performer that can still trail similarly priced rivals in raw frame rates.
