UGreen’s foldable Qi2 charger brings 25W iPhone charging to a travel-sized stand

The MagFlow Qi2 25W folds into a pocket-friendly block, charges an iPhone and AirPods simultaneously, and is temporarily discounted on Amazon.

UGreen has brought out a foldable 2-in-1 wireless charger that is aimed squarely at Apple users who want a more capable travel accessory than a standard MagSafe pad. The MagFlow Qi2 25W is sold as a compact charging stand for an iPhone and a second device such as AirPods, and it is currently being discounted on Amazon to €36.09 from a listed price of €37.99, with the offer due to run until 25 October 2026, according to the retailer listing highlighted by Frandroid. UGreen says the device is built around the newer Qi2 standard and is designed to work across iPhone 12 to iPhone 17 models, as well as other Qi-compatible devices.

The main selling point is speed. UGreen says the charger can deliver up to 25W wirelessly on the main pad when paired with supported models, a step up from the 15W ceiling associated with earlier MagSafe charging. The company claims an iPhone 17 Pro Max can reach 50% in about 30 minutes, while similar claims are made for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. For older iPhones, the charger is still compatible, but the wireless output reverts to the lower MagSafe level. The secondary pad provides 5W, which is sufficient for earbuds and other low-power accessories.

Its physical design is clearly intended for portability. UGreen says the charger folds down to a small block measuring 2.36 x 2.96 x 0.52 inches and weighing 3.88oz, making it easy to carry in a bag or pocket. When opened, it presents two charging surfaces and a magnetic upper section that holds the phone in place for portrait viewing while charging. The company also says the unit uses a strong magnetic array to keep devices aligned, although Frandroid notes that thicker cases or cases without MagSafe-style magnets can reduce both holding force and charging performance.

The charger is powered through USB-C and UGreen recommends a mains adapter of at least 45W, which is not included. That requirement matters because the device is designed to supply two devices at once and relies on the external adapter for full output. In practice, the MagFlow Qi2 25W sits in a growing category of travel-friendly chargers that combine compact size, magnetic alignment and faster Qi2 charging. UGreen’s wider MagFlow range also shows the company pushing the same 25W standard across related accessories, including a magnetic power bank, as the industry settles on Qi2 as the next step beyond conventional MagSafe-style wireless charging.
