The event is also expected to be the first major public appearance for John Ternus as chief executive, marking a notable change in leadership as the company looks to refresh its flagship line-up and widen its hardware ambitions.
The foldable iPhone is being positioned as Apple’s biggest design shift in around two decades, according to reports from MacRumors and 9to5Mac. Alongside it, Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, with the premium models likely to remain the company’s most important volume drivers.
